Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases made through COBRAMusic.net are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Event Admission

Tickets are non-refundable. If COBRA Music cancels an event entirely, purchasers may be offered a refund, credit, transfer, or replacement admission at COBRA Music’s discretion and as required by law.

Rehearsal Bookings

Approved rehearsal bookings reserve time that is removed from availability for other artists. Once payment is made, rehearsal fees are non-refundable. COBRA Music may, at its discretion, allow one reschedule with advance notice, subject to availability.

Digital Products

Digital music, books, downloads, and electronically delivered products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law.

Merchandise

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, merchandise sales are final. Report qualifying issues promptly with supporting photographs.

Failure to Attend

Failure to attend an event, rehearsal, appointment, or other scheduled experience does not create eligibility for a refund.
